Dedicated to crafting small-lot, high-quality Rhône varietal wines, Blair Fox Cellars sources grapes from some of the finest vineyards in Santa Barbara County. They carefully select vineyards known for producing grapes with exceptional concentration and rich varietal character. Each grape is hand-harvested, hand-sorted, fermented in small batches, and basket-pressed to ensure top quality and a true expression of the vineyard.
