Acquired in 1997, Evan’s Ranch serves as a cool-climate counterpart to the Gainey Home Ranch in the warmer eastern Santa Ynez Valley. Named in honor of Dan Gainey’s great-grandfather, the vineyard is located just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, where the cool marine influence creates the perfect conditions for growing exceptional Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah.
