Compelled by a desire to raise his family in a more peaceful setting, Evans Jones relocated his architectural services firm from Los Angeles to the Santa Ynez Valley in 1975.  As development in The Valley intensified over the years, a need for stronger public policy and planning grew.  Seeing this need firsthand, Evans’s son, Brett, completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in planning and joined the firm in 1993.  The successful partnership of Jones & Jones, LLP continued through 2017, when Evans elected to scale back.  Since then, Jones Land Use Planning, LLC has been committed to providing clients with multi-disciplinary experience to achieve their project goals.  It is through the tradition of quality, integrity and excellence in service that the Jones Land Use team works with every client personally to fulfill their development aspirations.
