Located outside Los Olivos on the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail at 7200 & 7600 Foxen Canyon, The Foxen Boys (aka Bill Wathen and Dick Doré) have been making wine together since 1985, when they founded Foxen Winery & Vineyard at the historic Rancho Tinaquaic on Foxen Canyon Road.
Follow Foxen Canyon Road deep into the Santa Barbara wine country to the historical Rancho Tinaquaic, and you will find Foxen Vineyard and Winery. The tasting rooms are situated on 2,000 acres of beautiful California ranch land. Visit the original location, lovingly known as “The Shack”, to see where it all began, and experience the rustic side of Foxen. Just up the road lies the new Solar-Powered winery and FOXEN tasting room. Visiting both locations tells the full story and gives you the essence of what makes them uniquely and distinctively FOXEN.
If you don’t know Foxen, you don’t know Dick…. or Bill. Both FOXEN and foxen 7200 (the shack) are open daily 11-4:00.
